Anna of the North’s new album is full of bops!
Quarantine covers have blessed us with this gem!
At home during quarantine and listening to older festival sets and absolutely fell in love with Bazzi singing these songs back to back in his Coachella performance!
This song comes from the Original Sound Track of the show Crash Landing On You, which is streamable on Netflix. I am obsessed with the love story and whole OST. The best part is that the song perfectly fits the plot line for the main characters. I had no clue until I looked up the translated lyrics. There is also a beautiful cover in English on YouTube by Marianne Topacio, which you can find here.
After listening to all of Orville Peck’s songs, all I want is a duet with Lana Del Rey or Stevie Nicks.

I have always been a huge fan of Young the Giant and this song is just one of my favorites! There is the original, reprise, and reflection- all three are beautiful.

Lately I have been wondering what my life would be like if I were a character in a Wes Anderson film. This may have been sparked by the music video for Taylor Swift’s “Lover,” and then spiraled into watching Hotel Chevalier. I turned this song into my soundtrack for a stroll through Boston’s Emerald Necklace.
