JuJuLeee originated from Julie Le’s instagram handle and is inspired by one of her many nicknames. She loves when people call her by her first and last name or when someone endearingly dubs her with a new nickname.
Growing up, Julie was raised speaking Vietnamese and learned English as a second language. Her Californian childhood is likely the source of inspiration for all of her luminescent photos. For Julie, saturated colors make all of her memories golden and cheerful. Please root for her when summer ends and the cold weather duels with her love of bright colors.
Julie discovered her passion for different cultures, languages, and travel while studying for her degree in philosophy and French. At twenty-three, she has been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit twenty-three countries — some more than once.
Friends and family are at the center of Julie’s heart. She hopes that anyone reading her blog can relate to her as if she is an older sister, doing her best to give advice with love and support. To inspire just one person is Julie’s goal when she writes a blog post or shares her photos.
While Julie finds traveling to be a rewarding experience, her zodiac sign is cancer and she is undeniably a homebody. Her guilty pleasure has been her complete acceptance of life during quarantine. In the comfort of her home, you can find her: painting, writing songs, baking, reading, thriving off of k-dramas and romances, and celebrating anything that brings joy. When staging photoshoots, Julie often references styles that represent different periods. From her obsession with the Regency Era to her fascination with Wes Anderson’s aesthetic, Julie is constantly thinking of ways to transport herself into another world. Without a doubt, Julie is naturally drawn towards eclectic and quirky things. Although, she is also indulgent in the mainstream especially her complete adoration for Taylor Swift.
